i was just playing with my proconnect gassing and ungassing my gun(yeah i was bored) and i was just wondering if they used orings that needed to be replaced every once in a while. do they?

Sure they have orings, very high quailty ones at that. Just put a drop of oil in it every couple of months and you will be good to go. I have never seen one blow.

I've used a proconnect for about 3 years now without having to do a darn thing to it, other than a drop of oil every once in a while. Contrast that with the constant o-ring problems of slide-checks, and it makes the extra cost VERY worthwhile.

I agree with Tunaman and krafty. I have had mine for about 2 1/2 years and I never added any oil (oops... now I know) nor never ANY proplems.
