Here are my two best... the second one was when I actually waited to see a change, the first was after about 20 tries of randomly timed clicking that ended up working well. :) How well can you do??

Click start.. release mouse button.. click the stop button.. when the backround turns pink let go of the mouse.. thats how you get lower numbers..

i just for 0.1 :p tab untill you see a little dotted line around the start then keep your mouse on the stop and hit enter that will start it and just clik stop with the mouse..
