kinda feel dumb asking this... but are Matrix triggers and Angel LCD triggers interchangeable? They look like they may be, but I've never owned either gun, so I'm clueless...

They are interchangeable. In fact, if anyone has the old DYE turbotrigger for the Angel, PM me.

Unless this has changed in the newer matrices, i think you have to drill the hole in the angel trigger slightly larger to get it to fit in a matrix.

yes they are interchangable cuz a trix trigger is almost exactly the same cuz they used to use the same bored before dye bought out gen-e both LED models of both guns same electronics

But if you change the triggers do you need to modify them in anyway or can you just drop them in.

Angels and the Matrix DO NOT share electronic boards, though both do operate the switch a similar way and the hole would need reaming out for an Angel trigger.

my friend put a angel turbo trigger in his trix.. I think all he did was drill the whole a little bigger

So a Matrix trigger would fit an Angel, just a bit more slop from the hole being too big?

Yes but you are better served doing it the other way around. You might find a clearance issue between the frame and the body as well though.

Angel triggers fit Matrices if you drill the hole for the trigger pin bigger. Matrix triggers will NOT fit in Angels because the hole in the trigger would be too big and they have an extra piece in the back if I'm not mistaken.
