Okay this is really wierd, i have cable through a local company called astound and its been running a little slow lately so idecided to check the speed, and it came out at like 25 kbps!??!!? wth is wrong with my cable?

yea actually there is on splitter before the modem, i just took it off to see if it works better, but its probably worse now :( could it be spyware slowing it down, i have been getting a lot of the random spyware popups lately
