The civil rights movement continues, only now it's about marriage reformation and gun control. Here in ohio is like an active front because of the new CC law. Stores are posting signs prohibiting carry and freedom loving activists* are making them pay. It's all very exciting.

check this

"We at The Hog Farm, Inc. a local business in Hamersville, OH not only believe in supporting our troops by selling all of our 150,000+ Harley and Custom motorcycle parts to current active duty military or any Honarably discharged military personel at DEALER COST as a way of saying thanks, but we are now going to extend that to any CCW License holder.

Just come into to our shop and we will let you buy any of our parts from any of our suppliers at DEALER COST! And if you buy any of our deeply discounted custom built motorcycles (35 models to choose from) we will sell you any of your extras for a YEAR from any of our over 150 manufacturers - anything you want - at DEALER COST!

We ourselves have gotten our CCW Lic. and welcome all bikers and CCW holders to come to our shop 50 miles east of Cincinnati and shop with savings of 30 to 70% over other motorcycle shops or dealers who don't allow CHL-holders to carry in their establishments."

muhaha
that's so brave and badass

and tons of banks have changed policy.

Pick a side, and pick the side of change and freedom. I'm white, but I would never shop at a store that discriminates against blacks. I don't carry and have no desire to but I refuse to do business with anti-freedom bigots.

*For the record, I am idealogically apposed to carry permit systems on the grounds that one should not have to recive a government permission slip to exercise a basic human and constitutionally guaranteed right. But you take what you can get I guess.

A most excellent shot across the bow!

Yes, vote and disagree with your dollars, it's where any business is most vulnerable.

$ talks! Protests balk!

If they lose enough business, they will change. Except for the banks! Banks never allow weapons in their offices.

The building I work in has the largest non-financial vault in the world.

They posted the no-carry signs before the law even took effect :(
