ok at the field my xmag works flawlessly in mech mode but when i switch it to electric mode i get a few good shots then i get this hissing noise once and a while. it seems as if the bolt resets early.
How do i fix this problem so that i can get this xmag shooting like a monster again?
increase output psi? change carriers?

what is your current setup?
could be to low of input, or poor recharge rate causing incomplete cycles,
or your on/off could need some greasing, or your LX might need to be set differently

Could be that you're outshooting your feed system, or you may need to remove a shim.
Today I was out playing, and a lot of times I had problems it was because I was outshooting the hopper. Sometimes, the bolt would get stuck, and I'd have to stick a squeegee in there and reset the bolt (easier than removing the hopper).
IIRC (it's been awhile), if this happens a lot (where the bolt gets stuck), you need to remove a shim. I'm already at zero shims, so I'm starting to look at upgrading my HALO TSA to an Empire B reloader. Oh well.

as a quick guess, you probably need to use a softer spring, or a higher input pressure
