Anyway yes kids it's another video for you to enjoy. I originally planned for it to be a speed test video as it's really about the only thing I do well. However, the takes I made, though fat in little parts, were fragmented and not very impressive. However! This video does show 2 nice things:

1- The lvl10 is your friend

2- When combined with a Victory board that does not break a sweat no matter how fast I pushed it, you don't need no silly ACE and you can shoot just about any type of paint.

It's a larger download of ~30 MB but that is because I refuse to do 320x240 size videos. Still its streaming so you wont have to wait too long. It won't be up long though. It's also a promo for the AO Day next week in NorCal so I am taking it off-line then. A limited edition video :headbang:

i have to ask how much longer till we get to see the direct input rt with paint..im dying to see if the halos claimed 35 is just hype or not and i would love to see how badly the valve shoots down if at all!!!! oh and how come the didnt break one ball but the viking couldnt get it out the barrel i thought the mag was the blender and was to high pressure for soft paint!! ;)

I just have to say the Viking is not paint/barrel matched. It's pretty obvious whoever matched it had no clue. If you get that many breaks its time to go up a size or two. I've seen it and done it on a Viking.

You just use a big bore barrel, like, say, a lapco big shot *cough*usedonsfl*cough* and use that. Or, I can just get my pandora board, set it to unlimited ROF full auto, and really test the Halo's limits :headbang:

Yeah I am sorry Ryan I did not look for a Viking to rip on you or anything it just happened that he was going to try shooting. I do believe that did DID try to match the paint but to be fair I think what was happening was that after you break one, the junk in the barrel lends itself to breaking more. If he had cleaned out the barrel, it might have been better.

He is one of our back players and looooves his Vikings. Biased yes? Staged na, but it's odd paint to say the least. very wet bags and translucent fill. Made in Ireland... I got 5 cases of it :)

And as for the screaming part... yes I did that for reals and yes I do sound like that in the games I play... I gotta train myself or something.

I find it kind of funny when you say they're the same hopper and paint... and it's a different hopper... Past that, I've seen Halo's just crush the paint *MANY* times. It happened with my Cyborg.... Nelson Hotspot was crushed in a Z-boarded Halo B and in my Empire Halo... couldn't get a hopper out without several breaks/chops. Put in PMI Premium and no problems. Switch to an Evo2 and use the Hotspot, no problems.

The lapco bighshot is a derivative of the lapco autospirit which is TINY bore .684 small bore.

The pandora wont be any faster They did a test on a DTM viking which is a full auto WAS board and maxed at around 23 bps.

The speed is ram limited. After 25 or so bps I suspect that it starts making partial strokes making for some fun dryfiring but useless for firing actual paintballs.

As for the full auto viking, I figure we will slap it on there and see what happens. Might not exceed the destructive testing WAS board shown in that odd night-vision video (if thats the one you are talking about) but it will be fun to see it first person.

That wasn't an 04 Viking. Your video may need editing. The back of the marker is flush with the gripframe on 04 Viking's, and on previous years the back of the marker goes past it. You can obviously see the back of the marker going past the grip frame.

I use linux only for all my web needs, browsing and authoring. Xine and mplayer are the best DVD/Video players out for linux.

BTW, Firefox OWNS all.
