It's a type of grease.

Lately I've heard dow 33 is out and some kind of bicycle shock grease is the latest craze. Called Buzzy's Slick Honey.

i dont know if you could get it at a hardware store. i asked my brother to see if ACE hardware store would hvae Dow33 and they said they have never heard of it before... but menards could be diffferent.

i got some there also got a HUGE tube of it for $14
