Anyone have any experience with these? How do they fit, stay in place and breathe?

My Dye's are tearing apart after 2 years so I need to look at some more.

I was thinking about getting some, but then I got these 2k4 JT pants and the kneepads in them alone are enough. I may get some anyways though.

BTW, everyone needs to come to AO*Dirty South. Info is in my sig!

from my experience with their arm pads I wouldnt buy them. The arm pads don't breath too well and I always end up taking em off at lunch. I love my dye knee pads and I would suggest another pair....or the new jt skinz.

I havent had that problem with my knee/shin pads. My skinz on the other hand seem to hold all the heat in and dont breathe well. SO must be a persoanl thing then.

I looked first at Empire and then at the Redz but ended up buying Traxer kneepads. $18 and they are soft and wrap around the whole knee. I still have Redz forearm/elbow pads, but went with Traxer knee pads and slide shorts. Paid less then half of what I would have paid for DYE.

Made a mistake. They are Trace, not Traxer.

My friend has these though, and says they are awesome.

Either way you are spending a lot less money for something that won't start to lose its stitches after a couple of days.
