3rd Party services?

Im looking at using a 3rd party service to trade nitro tanks. Im not looking for a lot, I just want them to check the tanks and make sure everything is ok with them. Most places either want to much or only do guns. Anyone know a good place to do a 3rd party?

Although I haven't done it before, I'll do it. Just pay for the shipping to forward the tanks. I'll get 'em filled (assuming the tanks are in good enough shape..) to make sure there's no leaks, check output pressure, hell, I can probably even take pics if you want. I have feedback on PBN and on eBay (gambit422)
