Need Lotus Drilled To Accept Angel Detents!!!

Hey guys, i just got a lotus and i need to know if any of you know soneone who can drill and tap my cocker to accpt angel detents on both sides. Any help would be greatly appreciated. O yeah, i was also wondering if it would do any damage to my anno .
