Very interesting...

But still, 700 RPM is only 11.66bps. I'd defintely like to fool with one of em.

700 RPM is only 11.66bps....true

But 700RPM also equals $17. 5 per minute (based on $50/2000 pballs). :D

lol how legal is it in a game

i really think if the crank was on a different gun it could go so much faster... hmm the bounce of the RT valve might make it even faster?

My brother has one for his pro-carbine.

You cannot hold the damn thing level when you're cranking it, so unless it's mounted in a tank for like a scenario game, it ain't that cool.

It is crazy to see a pro-carb go over 10 bps though! :spit_take

Used it at 3 fields so far, with no problems whatsoever. It's still 1 shot per pull of the trigger, as per field rules.

NPPL 2004 RULES

11.02 The definition of a trigger is the moveable lever or button that comes in contact with the
finger. The contacts of a switch are not a trigger. A trigger pull requires an exertion of force by the
finger on the trigger and a release of force by the finger on the trigger during every shooting
cycle. Markers may shoot at any rate of fire, and may shoot any number of paintballs, provided
that it shoots in semi auto or pump mode only, which means that no more than one paintball is
discharged during each shooting cycle.

"Being at a Scenario Game with 800+ players. You’re pushing through the woods with your A-5 and you hear a noise. You decide to hide and find a good spot; then you see him. Your opponents team (orange) is coming to the edge of a clearing. You could take the kill but you wait and hear more voices. Then, one by one, they break into the clearing: 3,4,5,6 of them. Now’s your chance but you know if you miss you’re DEAD MEAT!

That’s when you’re glad you have the Firestorm Crank™. You check your hopper and decide to go for it. You unleash the Firestorm and 10 seconds later you’ve killed ALL of them without them even getting a shot off. They didn’t even know what hit them. In fact they’re still wondering how they all got shot out! It’s time to move and scout out your next target.

Far fetched? Not really! That’s what happened to me at one of our first scenario games at Wayne’s World when we were doing testing of the Firestorm Crank™."

Most gay product introduction ever.

now if you rip that crank off and put a 1000 rpm motor on there with a motion sensor.... then your in business with a rockin boobie trap for scenario games.

My friend brought one of these to an indoor place near me and at first the field wasn't going to let him use it, but then the guy decided he wanted to see it in action. I found it incredibly inaccurate because the whole this is moving around while you crank and imo it's pretty much worthless.
