RT - Full Reactivity... Fully Auto

Some guy on some site said if you have an adjustable tank and you raise the pressure to the gun to 1100 PSI the gun will go full RT on you which is basically Fully auto.. Is this true ?

The more output pressure the more reactivity, but of course that is not allowed.
