I just ordered my B2K4 :headbang:     :headbang: and on ICD's site it says input pressure is supposed to be 250-500psi (if my memory serves correctly) - If I use my nitro tank that Is 850psi preset will it damage the reg? By the way I have an 88/3000 PMI Pure Energy (rebuildable). Thanks for any input.

You don't need a to use a LP tank on a BM2K. The HPR should be able to reg the air to the pressure you need. It was the older HPRs that acted up with the HP output tanks (like the one that was originally on my BM2K). If you are worried about it acting up (which it shouldn't), I'd recommend a PPS Stabilizer (which I have on mine) or AKA Sidewinder on it.

No you do not need an lp tank. If you go to icd-owners.com you will see that you can have any output because it has an hpr and lpr. The hpr regulates it from 800 (or 850) down to 200ish (I have mine at 220). The lpr then brings it down to between 85-100 I believe (but don't quote me on that pressure). The older bko's and b2k's needed lpr tanks, but the new ones do not. I see that it says 350-500 on the icd website, but I've read in numerous places (including this thread http://icd-owners.com/html/modules.php?name=Forums&file=viewtopic&t=3309) that it does not matter. Hope this helps.

Edit: he typed faster than me lol, sorry for the redundancy

Either LP or HP will work fine.

use either. the pressure requiments on their web page are for the HP inline reg, the foregrip on the b2k's. 850 is just fine.

try obdo.net. great tech material in there.

Yes a HP tankwill work fine, the older generation bushmasters could not handle the high output and thus a LP tank or aftermarket reg was required.
