you can use the rt in tourneys .i play nppl and psp .plus work for agd at tourneys .iv never had any reff stop me from useing my xmag or rt ..as long as you dont have trig bounce your good 2 go.....

it can be legal or illegal, you set it up for 1 shot 1 pull, then its fine

Well that mag has a Classic Valve so.... 6-7bps, a bit more if you're quick on the trigger. :)
