The weight of the tank will vary depending on the brand, but the air itself when its full will be around 17 ounces.

I've found that the 114's aren't all that much heavier than say, an 88 but they are VERY long so you should take that into account.

I can allways make a huge drop on the mill tho, so im thinkin of picking up a 114/3k for bout 75 bucks or so just because i need a cheap BIG nitro tank. I live about 20 minutes away from a nitro place so i think ill get somethin big!

I know that you are looking for info for a 114/3000 tank but, I have some weights on some common tanks that I own or have owned in the past. These tanks were measured with a digital scale and are accurate.

Apocalypse Stainless Steel 68/4500 full = 4.66 lbs
Apocalypse 2K 68/4500 full = 3.95lbs
Crossfire 68/4500 full = 3.50 lbs
Pure Energy 68/3000 full = 3.10 lbs
Hyperflow 420 68/4500 full = 3.10 lbs

Full actually equals about 4000 psi.

Currently I am using the Hyperflow due to the low weight.
Hope this helps you or at least gives you an idea of the different tanks available.
