Will ULT increase your efficency?

I was talking to Sniperking on AIM today and he is claiming that his mag is getting 560 shots off his 48/30 psi tank, on a classic valved lvl 10 mag. He told me he has ult on his gun and it brings up the efficency. I can't believe him at all because my rt with lvl 10 barely got 600-650 off a 68.30 tank. So he wants me to prove that ult doesn't increase efficency. So does ult increase efficency.

"with higher preasure guns you can have a higher ROF with LP guns u get a lower ROF but u get more shots off"

and you fail to put in that i said if you have proper fine tuneing it will effect it slightly also. adding on to that Paint-barrel boar match also effect effichenty

the ULT in a classic will REDUCE efficiency


not too much, but it does.....
