hey, ive recently become very interested in how all these markers are actually being fired (how they work) and what makes them "do what they do". the more extensive the explanation, the better. i guess the main ones i'd like to learn about would be:

cocker
matrix
cyborg
bushy
shocker
angel
impy
timmy

ones i know:

mag/emag/x
spyder/spyder clones

it would be really cool if someone could help me out with one maybe even more.
thanks in advance guys ;)

i have animations of the impulse, shocker (shoebox), matrx/03 shocker (spool valve), mag, cocker, evil omen

otherwise the bushy works very similar to an impulse, and the borg... well i dunno how that works

now lemme go find em... i got so many folders of junk on my PC

thx for the help. now im not saying that those arent helpful, cause they are, but i would also like a text explanation of whats actually happening and so i know what ppl are talking about when they say: "i just got a new orracle block, etc." anyways thx for the diagrams, i'll be saving those to harddrive.

the only one i feel like writing out is the mag one, mainly cause it's simple and probably the most mysterious one of all

when you pull the trigger, it activates the on/off pin and wakes up the magic little elves. Once they wake up they go to work on the regulator and some how get the thing to fire... no one really knows how they do it

i'm sorry, i just had too, for a full text explanation, most of the markers manuals give you a pretty good description of how they work, honestly i don't think anyone on AO is bored enough to write out full explanations.

MUAHAHAAHA

Autococker:
air is regulated by the inline reg
regulated air enters the valve chamber
some air is routed from the valve chamber to the lpr (not shown)
lpr regulates air that is routed into the 5-way (most call it the 3-way)
the trigger is pulled, moving the sear, releasing the hammer
the hammer opens the valve which sends air from the valve chamber into the bolt, firing the paintball
as the trigger is pulled even more, it moves the 3-way which actuates the ram
the ram pushes back the hammer and the bolt at the same time
the hammer latches onto the sear again
another ball drops into the breech
the trigger is released, moving the 3-way in the opposite direction
the 3-way actuates the ram again but now it moves back into the normal position, pulling the bolt back forward, sealing the breech

lather, rinse, repeat

kinda vague.. just ask if you have any questions

the only ones i could really explain super well are spders and clones
cockers
timmies
and nelson based pumps
impys
and sorta stuff with teh spool

Nelson based pump:
you cock the gun backward (that moves the bolt aganst the hammer)
the hammer locks to the bolt with the seer
you cock it forward (bringing the new bolthammer foward (closing the breech)
you pull the trigger
trigger drops seer
hammer rams backward becuase of the force of teh spring between teh hammer/bolt
hammer smashes against powertube (that opens the vaulve)
air flows thru all of this (vaulve>powertube>bolt) (hammer slides around powertube)
ball fires at the muppet on the reciving end
vaulve closes (becuase of a spring)

you recock blah blah blah

if you can understand bassed on my ****ty explination ..i will give another
