Pursuant to section 47.4 in the rulebook, drunk bunkering is at least a 1 for 1 in the CFOA unless the perpetrator brings enough for the rest of the class. Referees, Advisory Board Members, Promoters and Sponsors reserve the right to search coolers and confiscate whatever alcohol is their favorite brand. Just keep that in mind everyone. ;)
