twistlock

i just got my ULE body, and it wont fit with the twistlock assembly in. how do i get the twistlock assembly out?

hit it with a hammer! or take 2 pieces of wood, put one on the bottom and one on the top like a rail sandwich..and put it in a vise untill the twistlock pops, then take it the rest of the way out with a pair of pliers
