I remember seeing this link on this site before but can't remember who posted it. The battery mod down towards the bottom of the page allows the warp to run off of two 9 volts instead of just the factory one 9 volt. My question is if this mod is performed, will it damage the board in any way? The info provided says that it allows for longer run time and the installed switch allows you to turn the warp off and save battery life. Anyone do this mod or have suggestions of whether or not to do it?

It should be fine. You aren't putting anymore volts than is already there with one 9 volt since they are in parallel. I've done it but I'm working on a different mod for the warp right now. Good luck.

I have a 10.8 volt rechargable nickle-metalhydride battery in mine with a charger. It is a special 9 battery pack that lasts long time. Airguns Europe is making them with chargers adn they said they can get a 110 volt charger for me when my tour is over. I believe they are on the airguns europe site http://www.airgun.com/Europe/index.html

Yeah, i've done both the battery mod and the switch mod. In no way does it damage the board, plus the switch lets you leave the batteries in and not waste the batteries, plus it looks neat.

I used a switch from one of my radio control cars. It is a waterproof switch with a rubber cover. Just put the switch between the board and the battery. Small neat and esay to do, just need to know how to solder.
