I have a RT valve that I bought {used}. I replaced every oring on it, but it's still usuing a massive amount of air. I am shooting at 290 FPS, after about 1200 rounds I had filled my 3000 psi tank 3 times. Does this sound right?

well thats not extremely bad, figure 10 shots per cubic inch on a 3000psi tank.
so 680 shots per fill, but fills are generally not true 3000 either they are short or the fill is hot or both...so 600 shots...If you are using a level 10 then the last 800 or so psi in your tank is not enough, so figure that you basically only have the top 2200psi/68ci of usable air. I couldnt get 1000 from a 68/4500 on my lx emag id get about 900.
A good Paint to barrel match will increase efficiency.

about 10 shots per ci on a 3000 & almost 15 shots per cubic inch on a 4500psi fill.

What it the output pressure on your tank, the more pressure then less shots. Turn the pressure down to about 715 and it works legally and good :)

well it depends... i know on my old gun it was illeagal 800+ the way i had it set up... so you really just have to mess around with it.
