Sounds like your LX needs a touch of tuning.

Possible solutions: Shorter mainspring, bigger carrier, more lube.

Theres probably more that could be done, but I'm drawing a blank right now.

if your tank is gassed and the safety is off and you pull the trigger and it does not fire but you can feel the air pushing the trigger out then you have bolt stick. if it was working before then the carrier oring probably dried out, oil it.
do what vf-xx said.

no lol its not that
it works fine just to get the gun to shoot my velocity hasto be high witch is higher fps and when i lower it it seems starved for gas ?? not really starved but the pins still out it just dsont shoot

your level 10 needs to be set differently if you want to lower your velocity. This is a common problem with people trying to chrono under 280 for indoor paintball.

By lowering the velocity you are also lowering the force of air that is needed to push the bolt out of the powertube, insted of vent or "chuff". This force of air has to be great enough to overcome many factors that you can change such as the force exerted on the bolt by the bolt spring, and the "sticktion"/grip that the carrier oring applies on the bolts "stem".

Use a shorter bolt spring, and the biggest carrier that does not leak, and lots of lube.

As mentioned before, use a shorter bolt spring. It will allow the mag with a level 10 to operate at a lower velocity setting.

i moved my carrier up to 2 lines and a dot and shortened my spring dramaticly and still shooting extremly far and fast ???

Changing the carrier and spring will not change the velocity of the marker, however by doing what you have done (changing the carrier to a larger on and using the smaller spring) you will now able to achieve lower velocity. Now you must turn the marker's velocity adjustment knob down to lower the fps.

yes but say around 320 fps i turn it down a little the bolt dosnt have enought power to go that far and skipps shot
maby like 2 half bolts then when the balls past the detent it shoots ??

how much air is in the tank? it should be more that 850psi left in the tank
what is the tanks output pressure, should also be around 850.

are you chronoing the marker? how do you know you are shooting hot?

earlier there was 2000 psi left now theres around 1000 so i havent went under 850 and yes its a hp regulator

Use the short bolt spring that comes with the level 10 setup. It is the same bolt spring as the level 7 bolt.

With the shorter bolt spring, chrono the gun to less than 300fps.
