I have 2 cousins coming with me to IAO, and they arnt playing in the tourney, just the scenario game. Is there going to be open play? I heard there was but couldnt find anything on it

One of my friends was telling me that there is this charity event where you pay $15 a team for 2 games and you play pickup speedball games. It is for 3 man.
