Hey whats up!? I currently have a smoked 12v revvy with an x-board on it. Im currently looking at the chrome or black ULE main body with the center feed. My question is that how do you guys with the vl 12v revvys keep the hopper onto the center feed tube? can those straight elbows work? thanks

I use a 2004 Rogue Strangler Feedneck (http://www.automags.org/forums/showthread.php?t=136290) . Works awsome

I don't use an elbow. A unsanded Rev fits in the stock feedneck very snug. I've replaced mine with a CCM Clamping neck.

How do you get off the stock feedneck by the way? I'd like to replace the stock feedneck on my ULE body with a Rogue Neck since the stock one is scratched up.

Heat (from a hairdyer) and a rubber strap wrench (from a hardware store)

My pre BE revy fits in there just fine.

so u just set the dryer onto high heat and blow the heated air at the stock feedneck and twist away?

Pretty much. It may take a few minutes of heat.

hell, I just use a bic lighter, and heat up around the base of the feedneck for a lil bit... then twist off with a strap wrench, or a piece of rubber, or a washcloth for that matter. the black stuff from the lighter wipes right offa anno and nickelplating. and you dont' hafta mess around with a hairdryer. --Funk
