noob question what is a power tube spacer

my bolts stickin a bit and im gona make it a bit longer

When you unscrew the two valve halves from each other, the reg seat will be in the back half, retained in its pocket. It might take you 2 minutes to access, if you're slow.

Do you have a manual?
