ive been lookin around and havnt seen any ICD freestyles around, they are supposed to be good guns, and they came out about the same time as the cyborgs, yet there are tons of cyborgs for sale on PBN, why is nobody selling/shooting freestyles? im tryin to find one used to no avail, on a side note would one trade even for a emag with an x valve, and a ule body?

i have seen a total of one freestyle for sale used, and a total of none for sale new. they may have come out the same time as cyborgs, but icd doesnt seem to be pumping out very many.

ICD is slow. I believe they are a smaller company than MacDev as far as production and shipping stuff goes. Maybe people just like them too much to sell.

Nobody sells them used because they rock, no need to get rid of them. ICD just shipped out a bunch of the newer ones with the new gripframe and valve and what not. I know a guy selling them NIB for $825. If you are interested aim me at hotrodnp8ntbalr or pm me.

yeah, they look like great guns, icd's answer to the shocker (already had the imp beaten), same price but better performance.

...why is nobody selling/shooting freestyles?...

cause theyre ugly as herpes. Try and find a better looking used gun, you might have better luck:p

You really think they are ugly? Why do so many people think that? I think they look great.

with that trigger frame, its not that bad (still gnasty, tho), but it still looks like they tried to mimic some of the DM4 design (around the back of the body)

The body is too short, the old style frame at an awkward angle, the curved trigger guard on the new frame seems out of place (it should be more angular)... just some aspects off the top of my head.

and the panels on the side of the body... bat wings? :tard:

I think it would look much better if the reg was as long as the frame. I'll see if I can photoshop it all.

Have you guys heard about the weight. They only weigh 1.8 lbs and that they cap out at 30 bps. They are ICD's answer to the Timmys and Angels. And yeah their kick is argued to be lighter then the DM4s.

soooooo, does anyone know how these things work??

How they work...as How good/bad are they or...?
I love mine...its fast ...tiny and light.
Kick is almost non existant.
Still a bit of an air hog but its better now with the newer bolt...it raised the shot count by about 400-500 shots per bottle by my figures.
Still fast, Still light still rips

They're blow forward but they use air from the lpr to hold the bolt back instead of a sear, and a solenoid to recock it.

Hmmm... I haven't looked too much into these, but the newer models seem pretty nice. Perhaps this may be a better choice for me than a timmy...

What's their performance like out of the box? I don't mind replacing the inline reg (I'll switch to AKA) and getting a new barrel, but how is the stock efficiency and stuff?

I've just heard great things about ICD products & support.

I think the two best places to find info on the Freestyle are the ICD forum on PBN and www.icd-owners.com. You can find just about any info you need on them in those 2 places. Also, Harbinger (on both those forums) knows a ton about them.

Wow, I always hated the looks, but with a longer reg and no side plates, they look really nice
