oops HELP!!!

hey i registered 4 people to go to shatnerball this year( well my dad did but i convinced him) anyways he decided right then to register for 4 people and we can just find the other 2 later. We found one but dont have anoter so we need to cancell a spot. Any help would be great, who should i talk to to get this worked out.

yea thats my friend his name is JT he might be able to come if thats ok with your dad. he lives like 10 minutes away from carolina place. he has to convince his parents first though
