they usually get reversed, ebay has a policy against misleading auctions.

He seems like a young enough seller. I sent him a message informing him of the consequences of this auction. This auction is mail fraud, whether he mentions in tiny letters of the real prize or not.

Odd, I saw that right away. The only reason ebay would even consider touching that is because the statement that says he's selling a link, not the actual gun is because it's in smaller print than the rest of the auction... otherwise, it's the buyers fault for not fully reading and comprehending what they're bidding on.

Looks like eBay yanked the auction. The link now goes to the "Invalid Item" error page.

I saw an auction today for a rasta fly at 800. I knew something was up with it. Between two lines in the auction there was fine yellow print that said something along the lines of information on where to buy the gun. You have to be careful these days. I also caught someone stealing pics from a auction I had won about a month ago and reposting it. I informed the bidders to retract and I believe the auction was closed.

Nah, what sucks is those people who bid on empty paint boxes. Those are a little more obvious, but still mail fraud.

Invalid item. Someone reported it to ebay.

yeah, thats pretty funny, 800 dollars for a lunk, what an idiot. We should bid it upto 1600 or so with different accounts so he thinks he actually gonna get it ...

I can't beleive people do that. I wish somehow they would get scammed themselves, so they can know how it feels. I warned the guy who had the highest bid on the rasta A4, so hopefully he'll retract his bid or whatever.

Looks like on that last auction he ended early so he could try to get the money before ebay catches on.

If I would be a member of PBNation which I never will be, I'd vote very gay on it just because that guy is scamming people. Judging by the replies hes made I can also tell he must be an ***.
