according to TKs theory, up to the beginning of the porting/muzzle break. So about 7"?

i'd say something more like 7.5 inches because the ball is already in the barrel at the start of the cycle.

If someone has this barrel, can you measure the distance from the front edge of the feedhole to the beginning of the porting?
