more reliable

What. Internals yes everything else no. The area near the lid is well known for cracking.

i was pretty set on getting the halo, the only thing that i dislike about it is the weight with all the batteries and stuff.

The halo weighs prettey much the same as an egg when they are both full.

I'm not saying to buy it but, try the q-loader.

Id also have to say try the qloader.

ok, how can they be near the same weight when filled but when empty the egg is significantly lighter, that really isnt possible unless the egg held quite a few more pb to even out the weight? Just thought id ask, anyway, i know my egg is noticably lighter than my halo.

The Halo and Egg do weigh pretty much the same full because the Egg holds more paint.

I would go with the Halo. I have an Egg 2 with Z board and an Apache and I'm trying to trade them for a Halo. I mostly want the Halo for the speed.

Im surprised that nobody mentioned how the egg isn't really force feed. Once its spinning it can feed fast, but when its at rest, there is no tension on the balls. So the first couple of shots the egg is trying to catch up. It works fine with eyes, although the first couple of seconds you won't be shooting as fast as your pulling probably. Not great for snap shooting where those extra couple of balls would have been there with a halo. Ive tried an egg on my matrix before (no eyes though) and all i do is just miss shots and misfire, with a halo, it doesn't skip a beat.

Yeah, neither the Egg or Apache is really force feed. That's why I'm trying to get a Halo, the Egg and Apache can't keep up with the Viking.

edit: I do have Warpfeed, which I like a lot, but I want a back up loader just in case, that's why I want a Halo.
