ok i've heard this many times before and i have it on my 3.2 emag but what is shot buffing SHBF for e-mag LEDS. just kinda explain what it is and what it does

ok mine is set at 4 so the lower the # the faster it'll see if the trigger is pulled and will this make my trigger any faster?
