The AGD site shows that the Wingless Tac Rail is out of stock. Does anyone happen to know when they'll be back in stock? (AGD isn't taking emails atm)

get a hold of roguefactor or tunaman, they may have some. Or just call AGD, they'll give you a straight up answer. When I bought my ULE Mag they were out of stock, I called AGD, told me they'd in the next week, placed my order, and my order was shipped out the week they said the guns would be in. Quality service.
