Try these if you're looking for a low cost one peice barrel:

The Whisper has ALOT of porting. Efficieny will go down.
I hated my Stealth, and the funny thing was.....It shot admirably using Brass Eagle Paint. everything else though, it was a horrible barrel.

all my friend wants is a super quiet gun...he has really no care for anything else...

Any marker with a fair amount of porting will help with a quieter report.

The CP and J&J cermic barrels are both excellent recommendations. I personally recommend J&J's to everyone. I shoot a 14" one on my mag and I'm frequently complimented on how quiet it is. Then again, Dye Boomstiks, AA, and any other barrel with 6" of porting are equally quiet if you ask me.
