Nice find..! Let me be the first to welcome you to AO.(EDIT: okay, maybe not the first.. damn you Disorder ;))

ASA is where the tank screws into. Put 4-6 drops of oil into there and then gas it up and fire the ioil throught the gun. Without the barrel, you wouldn't want any oily film on the inside of the barrel, no would you ;)

Good luck, and we're here to help you out.

wait... i suggest that if ur using nitro though dont put it in the asa cuz ive heard several times, and it makes sense too, that the nitro goes in so fast it makes heat and can explode, never happened to me but its possible, just be careful

Dude, that is a hot classic, I'm not kidding you, it brings back memories of my first mag (2nd paintball gun) :).

So, the coloring actually helps out. 3-4 drops of gun oil into the green thing ;) screw in your tank and shoot it a few times (may want to take off the barrel first and cover the front with a towel to catch the extra oil).

do i put the oil in the hole?? or just kinda everywhere?

NJPaint

there should be a small hole in the back of the green thing. just turn the gun so the barrel faces the floor, drop a few drops into that hole and while the gun is still vertical screw your tank in. Are you using CO2 or HPA?

Well, there are a few other things that you should do, but they aren't urgent like this is. But they are simple oiling things.

Ex.

Unscrew the field strip screw (silver thumb screw on the back of the gun)
Take off the valve
Flip valve over
pull out brass thingy (we call it an on/off)
Drop another 2 drops of oil in there
re-assemble
Fire a few shots

Just the fact that I can explain that in only a few lines tells you how simple it is :p

You have a lot of choices and in the end it really doesn't matter. Gold Cup, KC, Angel something or other. Basically any kind of paintball/gun oil. Any paintball store has it. I would send you some, but I don't have any with me right now.

I would recommend Gold Cup, but as NJPaint said it doesnt really matter as long as it was ment for paintball.
