That makes no sense what you said. Jesus Christ I tried reading your post about 10 times and I still don't understand if you are right or wrong, or just can't speak english.
Anyways...
E-mag Valve vs. X-Valve:
They are functionaly identical and part identical with one difference. They are made of different materials. The E-mag Valve is made of Stainless Steel (heavy) and the X-valve is made of 7000 Aluminum (light, but very very strong). Now I am telling you right now and this is the end of this thread. THEY ARE FUNCTIONALLY THE EXACT SAME. End of Story. The X-valve is lighter, but they are FUNCTIONALLY THE SAME.
k, thx, bye

as Tom put it.. http://www.automags.org/forums/showthread.php?t=145157
"We didn't design the X-valve to be less reactive but we did add to the air chamber by drilling holes down the sides of the valve body. That would make it a hair less reactive."
AGD
humm.. ill take the E valve

I haven't heard of people recognizing this. AGD may acknowledge it, but it certainly isn't very prevalent.
Sorry about my post before, I answered the same question twice already today.

X-valve new is $325
E-mag valves you can only get used. I have two of them for sale for $180, one just got back from AGD and the other was tuned by me.
Below is a link if you are interested.

hahahahahaha, thats a good one. Of course they come with lvl x! I wouldn't sell you a valve with out one, that is just silly. lvl x is the reason why I have stuck with mags and all my valves have lvl x. (and thats what I meant about tuning it, they are very well tuned as anyone from AONJ4 can attest to :), no chops all day, like always)

.....i dont get it
I believe the emag valve can prob get off 1-2more bps hence its s.s. It heats up making it hotter making it more reactive, ask tuna,he explained it to me. I just forget what he said.

X valves have dual o-ring On/Off bases (in the gun, where it seats) and the E valves have singles. Therefore X can accept ULE triggers, while E cannot (I think, maybe E have dual rings too  )

No, you're thinking of old-school Retro valves and modern Retro Valves. Old School RT valves have the single o-ring on/off bases, while modern ones (E-Mag valves, X Valves, etc) all have dual o-ring on/off bases.

Yes, you can use ULT in an E-Mag valve.

Do all the emag valves have the dual rings? Do the really old old old ones have it?
afultz075

All of them have dual o-rings. The E-Mag valve is the exact same thing as the RT Pro valve (before they switched to X-Valves) with a different laser engraving.
