Well, firstoff, unless you have a Modular E-Mag body and have constructed a Modular RT, theres nothing on your RT PRO that can really be milled. As for Anodizing, the only parts you can Anodize is the gripframe (presuming you have an aluminum gripframe) the body rail, sight rail and I believe some of the foregrip pieces. you can have anodizing done by PK Selective Metal Plating, just incase, I'll state again ONLY ALUMINUM CAN BE ANODIZED and the body is not aluminum, its stainless steel. I apologize if you know some of this already, but assumptions the mother of all mistakes.

You can get mags "splash anondized" has nothing to do with electricity, they paint it in a RAAAA way.

Heres an example

Aside from powdercoating, you can't color a mag's mainbody, though you can have all the aluminump parts anodized or powdercoated, among other things. Another option, is to get one of the Modular E-Mag bodies which are aluminum and can be anodized and milled. There is a way to take the E-Mag Xtreme bodies and make an Xtreme RT, without the electronic components, you can see the E-Mag Xtreme bodies at the link below.
