cuz i was going to get a blue/black fade but it may look kinda dumb if their wasnt a glossy finish or somthing like the sto's. if anyones had red rider do their gun tell me how u like it and if u have a pic show me plz.thanks

HEY! theres my pretty minimag body! (the black/red one lol) I personally LOVE the job, its nice and shiney! *polishes it a little while he types* I'd Highly recommend the fade jobs by RedRider. And you can tell by the flash reflection off the pics that they are glossy. Ive also included two of the pics of my black/red mag all assembled. And I dont mind about the borrowed pics, I only actually own the black/red Mini, the others belong to other people, and the pics are actually RedRiders hehe I just posted them for him :D

Those aren't my guns but I have a minimag body that redrider powdercoated all black and it's glossy looking. Blue/black fade would look nice and I believe that last pic is a blue/sliver fade. Your choice :)

do you think a black to silver fade would look good on a automag with a ten inch boomstick? cuz it goes black(tip of boomstick) silver ( back end of boomstick) black (front part of fade) silver (back of fade) silver (valve)
is black/silver the best colors i could get for my gun?I was thinking about the blue silver that project mag posted but i think the black silver would match my barrel and valve better. what do u think the best color combo is?

I think a silver/black fade would look pretty good with a boomstick. Plus, if you have a silver theme on your gun already, a silver/black fade would be best. Just my opinion though :)

We'll redrider is in the process of coating my gun as we speak. I saw a picture of it half done a few min ago. It is completely silver... it looks like something off t-1000 from the terminator movies. I almost thought about askin him to let it be how it is, but its going to look even better with its blue fade i think. I'll have pix up as soon as possible. -Matt

i'd like to see the black to solver fade pics too if possible. I'm getting mine done eventually, i'm gonna get silver to black on my mini, and on my vert/foregrip not sure if i'm goin silver to black to match the gun or black to silver to offset the fade of the mainbody. Which ever way i get it it'll look great with my chrome dz2 and black benchy 2x and revy. Any opinions on the foregrip fade, same as the gun or different(black to silver)???

garasaki: My camara can not take a close up that shows the real depth of the REPTILE finnish. It does look better in real light.
edweird: I do not have a gun metal but i do have a silver to black fade that looks real nice. I can also do a pewter to black too.
Maghappy: To make thing better I have metallic purple and anodize purple. I can fade them to black. They look real cool. Its a tough call.

deded: the blues I have right now are,anodized blue, smurf blue, metalic blue plus the REPTILE BLUE. I have not seen the warp blue so I don't really know.

I haven't seen any e-mags done so far. Is that an option? I really like purple or a blue to purple fade like on my Intimidator, but I haven't seen a purple that I like, yet. It has to be really bright to suit me.

Aries: I can do grip frames

Panzerr: Powder coat is pretty darn strong. It is stronger then car paints and not as strong as good anodizing. Just play with it and take care of it when your done it will last a long time. Plus from $15-about $40 you can change the paint job a few times before one anodizing job $150-$250
My turn around time depends on how much guns I have before yours gets to me. Also on the holidays and work too. It is usually about 2 weeks.

Caveman: It takes me about 2-6 hours per gun depending on the powder coat job!!

Donnyluv: I can do e-mags. No one has sent me one yet.

Here is another ? for you. How does the coating effect the thickness of the body. I ask because I have a Hyperframe and the tolerance between the grip,rail,and body are just right now. I would not want vanity to throw off performance.

Doobie. I do not powder coat in between the rail and the gun and in between the trigger frame and the rail. Thats on the body and the rail and the rail and the trigger frame.

Me and Muskie are in the same boat...I've been talking to Red for a little while now and I am curious how those who have had powdercoating done like the durability. I'm guessing anodizing is stronger but from the sounds of it powdercoating is pretty damn tought too. I've really enjoyed looking at all the pics of everyones guns, however picking the colors and style has got to be the most gawd afull predicament. I'm looking to get some work done by him soon. So with the Reptile look, is that come in green and if so what kind of greens? And can you do barrels? I'm guessing only steel or aluminum barrels, nothing with ceramics.

Sorry guys. I have been really busy. It turns out I will most likely not be returning to work for a very long time. So I have been out looking for a real job. On top of that my Grandmother fell down and broke her shoulder and shattered her arm. She is staying with us in my room. That is were my computer is.
