Yup, next summer I might be living there for a month with some relatives. My grandpa was born and raised there, but passed a while back, and our family still keeps in touch with the family over there (which is really awsome). So has anyone ever traveled to Sweden? Just curious, I hear its beautiful over there. :bounce: can't wait for next summer.

Yes I have been to Sweden. It is really one of the most awsome places to see. Just remember to keep a couple of extra batteries for your camera

My family is from Sweden/Norway and in the next couple of years, I'm going to spend a week or two in both countries. I have never been, but I really want to.

I've driven through the WAY north part... on the way to Norway and the North Cape...

its rather barren up there, tundra is a pretty word for absolutely NOTHING... just the occasional patch of grass or lichen, a stray reindeer or small mammal.

I havn't been to any of the big cities in the south end, but I imagine they're a lot like most other euro cities... fairly dirty in parts, spotless in others, great techno music at the clubs, and a whole lot of liquor everywhere.

the girls are pretty smokin there too...

Does anyone know where I can find some deals on traveling to Norway or Sweden? I'm seriously considering taking a trip there when summer rolls back around.

My roomy spend a semester in Sweden for Study Abroad, and also did some travelling all over Europe.

According to all Americans he met there, pizza in Europe sucks. :D

I'll ask him for some info.

I thing it's Norwegian primarily, but I love lefse.

lefse is like pop music. Most of it ain't worth a dime, but occasionally you'll have/hear some that ain't bad.
