I'm days away from buying a 68/3k Flatline, something I've wanted for a while. However, I'm having a concern with how it's mounted onto my marker. My current drop forward is anodized to match my marker so I don't want to not use it. My question is, is it possible to mount the Flatline on any Drop Forward aside from the one it comes with. I'm pretty sure I've seen the Flatline mounted on aftermarket drops but I'm not 100% sure. The way my System X works is that the ASA slides into a rail and two set screws hold it in place.

I think you will need the dove tail mount for the flatline. Here

it'll work just make sure you have a dove tail mount for the flatline found on the airgun store

NOTHING will work on your System X dovetail. It is a proprietory size mount and nothing else will fit it. Try the Datapimp Flatline drop. ;)

What about the 68/4.5 Flatline? Isn't its mounting style different from the 68/3k?

the 3000 came with just the drop arm and the 45 came with the dovetail mount but you can put the dovetail on the 3000
