Hi guys,

I'm planning to buy a 68ci HPA tank for my RT ULE Custom, and was hoping to get some input on tanks. I'm willing to spend up to $250 and would like the lightest 68ci tank possible, without sacrificing performance. What tank or tanks would you recommend?

Thanks!

Crossfire or Centerflag.

Centerflag might be lighter because the reg is smaller. The tanks should be about the same weight regardless of the company because there are only 2 or 3 companies that make the actual tank. These two tanks have some of the fastest recharge rates out there and are both backed by good companies.

A Nitro Duck X-Stream is a light, screw-in tank with an adjustable regulator (up to 900). It also has the tuff skin coating.

i was looking for the same thing (but a 45ci; even lighter!). I bought a used CenterFlag 45/45k for $175 shipped. Should be here soon. I've heard that they're the lightest around (or some of the lightest). We'll see.

i just ordered a nitro duck x-stream tank. they are pretty cheap, only 233 at bradyspaintball.com. they are screw in and adjustable! with an adjustable tank, you can fine tune the trigger to how you want it...

Exactly.

With the X-Stream, be aware that the reg will wobble somewhat when it's not pressurized. Nothing is loose; this is commonplace for this tank, so don't be alarmed.
