I recently purchased an AM classic valve from Chris and wanted to convey my thanks for a very smooth transaction. For the forum audience, let me provide a synopsis of the transaction to illustrate Chris' integrity.

1) I contacted Chris via this forum on 11/26/2004 on whether the valve was still available.
2) Within hours, Chris responded that the valve was still available. During this timeframe, I
I had contacted two others (whom I will not name) who had classified ads on the forum,
but either didn't respond back or didn't respond in a timely manner.
3) Chris had indicated that he accepts Paypal in his ad. That was great news to me and
one of the reasons why I chose Chris. Paying via cashier's check is an inconvenience
from the buyer's perspective. I wonder why people don't insert this more often in their
ads.
4) We completed the transaction within the same day. Chris created a link for me
to reconcile the amount via paypal, since it was the first time for me to use paypal
outside of the "main bidding website". (Not sure if I can name it in this forum)
5) Chris also provided to me the serial number of the valve and had advised me that
he had replaced the parts with a repair kit. Talk about great customer service.
6) On 11/30, I received my valve and was pleasantly surprised to find no scratches
and everything was almost mint condition as if the valve, springs and bolt had never
been used. The package was heavily wrapped and padded. The delivery mail
time is usually five days. So, receiving it in the mail within four days is excellant.

Well, the guy has over 5 pages of great feedback as of now so how can I say something different on how good he is as a seller? LOL

Anyways, Chris is a top seller here in these forums. Not only has he developed a lot of cool new/revised items for the Mags in the past year or so, but he has that special customer care done as the words are meant to be. He REALLY cares for his customers.

Chris is an great guy to deal with. I asked him if he could order me a package from the USA from a company that would not ship to canada, and then forward the package to me. he accepted and charged me no more then the extra shipping up north. he also kept me up to date on the status of the package. and when it seemed that it was taking forever on the candian side of the shipment he even enquired as to if I had gotten it yet and was truely worried that it had not arrived. typical canadian shipping being slow was at fault.

A++++ transaction I would deal with him anyday. I would even say that I owe him a favor :cool:

I just received my homemade Emag battery charger, and I am very pleased! The charger block is super strong and can be cut and customized. I have yet to customize mine, still letting it charge my battery, but I am certainly pleased. He Kept me up to date on it and even offered a rebate due to it being a bit late out of his power. Great guy. Fixed up my X-mag boards and changed the ACE grounding so it wouldn't fry anymore (at no extra charge). Shipped it back fast and on time. If I ever have another X-mag electronics problem, he will be the first person I ask.

Another purchase from this guy, bought a blade style Emag trigger. Great work! Easy to instal and I was able to smoothen out the magnet screw to make the trigger super smooth and flat. A great trigger if you like the look of a stock Emag trigger! Great to do business with, of course I'll keep my eye out for anything else this guy cooks up that I can use.

I made a deal with Chris to produce a daughter board for the UTB that would drive the AGD E-Mag.

The date of this deal, officially, was 10-22-2008. The proof of the date is found here in this thread: http://www.bigevilonline.com/showthread.php?t=1417 on post #11 where in post #10, Chris asked if he could try to make the boards,.. in which I replied he would be allowed to make a proto-type (meaning one board) for me to test.

At this point, Chris has not made anything. So I would like to point out in this thread again, http://www.bigevilonline.com/showthread.php?t=1417, on post #1, that there is a picture of a UTB daughter board that works in an E-Mag. Check the date of the last edit,... 10-23-2008,... which means that I had already made a schematic for a UTB daughter board at this point.

The idea was mine to begin with, along with the R&D at this point.

Prior to this date, Chris was sent a file containing the schematic of the UTB from me given to me by Damon of Scenario Dreams. In the e-mail containing the schematic, Damon made sure that it was known by Chris that the schematic of the UTB is protected and not to be used for retail purposes.

Notice that the date of the daughter board schematic I made (10-23-2008) was just after the arrival of the schematic sent to me from Damon for use with the UTB (10-16-2008)

Meaning = I made my schematic LONG BEFORE Chris made his,...... which is a valid point in the next part of this thread,...

AND,.... when I called him on it,... he never bothered to re-make the board and re-send it for testing reasons. When I asked him about the new board,... he said he wanted to make some changes to it. This is significant for a few reasons: He has yet to ship my parts back to me, along with spending the money for the production boards on a CNC,.. which was NEVER the agreement to wait for more equipment to make them.

He has ALSO started make new boards for the Hyperframe and newer versions of the XMOD programmer. Which have seen parts,... but he has no time to make my boards in which I have paid for components on and sent them to him already.
