emag hall sensor problem

My friends emag has 3.2, when I set it to test mode the trigger only turns on at the very end of the pull..if at all...I have tried adjusting the magnet...and replacing it. If I remove the cover from the hall effect sensor and wiggle it it to a new position and it seems a little happier, but still only acuates at the very end of the pull...in mech mode..meaning that the trigger is almost touching the frame before it turns "on". Any help would be great.

still will not read trigger pull until magnet is about <1mm from frame...what should I try?

try replaceing the HALL then see what happens

Maybe the HES is bad.

Also, try reversing the trigger magnet.
