I have no idea what this is, but it's in my hands and would like any references available to maintnence it.
It is also all that I have, no other parts.
I notice there is some sort of DC plug in the rear of the body, I'm probably going to need to buy a replacement.

Any clues would be appreciated.

Tribal twister 2.0 If it was a 2.2 it would have a double trigger. it takes a 9 volt

Tribal was only in business for about a year. but they made a lot of them

Go here http://airsoldier.com/ the site has tons of info

Tribals are great markers. Rock solid performance. That's what makes the Cyborg so grand :) Nice markers you guys have btw!

i dont know about all that... maybe more like" budget angel "?

btw its a bushy clone pretty much correct?

i thought theyd be made pretty cheaply and poorly but they do seem to hold up and perform rather well

They had some gas efficiency problems from what I understand.

They work just like bushies/impys. My goal is to buy one and put a was board and eyes in it.

Haha, I should browse here more often, so I can anwser these questions...

Yeah, Tribal Twister 2.0

2.0=single trigger

2.2=double trigger

Yours looks to be in good condition. They operate just like the new cyborg, and basically like a bushy with a 4-way noid. They were only made in 98-99 untill the owner ran off with the money. THey are sweet markers, but upgrades def help. Yours looks stock aside from the drop. THey have a cap of 13bps, and yeah, go to pbn and airsoldier.com for more info.

Frag, I want a borg so bad, but I have to wait, I need to get a job, and sell a bunch of stuff. Also I am working on a new tribal project since I'm selling my Mephisto. I have a blue/black Tribal Twister 2.2 that is gonna have almost every part replaced. Its going to be really nice, and will make a great marker so if the borg goes down I have a pimp marker, and vice versa. I'm kinda a die-hard tribe member, I'll never leave lol.

If you need any more info you can pm/IM me or something.

Hey thanks for the replies. It's a friends who doesn't regularly play, it probably hasn't seen a game in 3 years.

So what kind of air do i use?
HP Nitro?
or
Is Co2 a no go?

Nice marker.
Anyway I say stay away from c02. I'm sure that uses somekind of noid like most high end markers that look pretty and if liquid c02 gets in that its done. I wouldn't even consider taking the chance ;)

Nitrogen is usualy the way to go ...but co2 can be run through these with a good anti syphon set up.
The manual says to co2 I think...but ...I know a few that have run on co2 and have had no problems.

Its so much easier to just use nitro without any problems, with Co2 you risk the marker, just get nitro and stay away from co2 at all costs.

Totaly stock Twister 2.0 will probably get you around $300 or so. I've seen them go for as low as $150-$200 (for one in poor condidtion) to $400 to one in great condition like that.

Of course you'd get more with upgrades.

IIRC the Twister milling was licensed from Boston Paintball Supply. I saw one of them when they were first released. If you are ever looking to sell that bad boy, LMK! I am sure the BPS guys would get a kick out of me showing up with one.

Stock tribals run like $150-250max, hell, I'm selling my ace'd tribal, with sidwinder and all these other goodies for like $550, the resale on tribals kinda sucks. I haven't got any offers.
