when a bb hits glass, it puts a spider shaped crack in it like a BULLET HOLE...... those arnt white splaters... they're holes...

It is a BB gun. The white marks are from the BB's hitting the glass on the tv.
I have seen this video a long time ago. They have others where they shred some glass bottles and soda cans.

For as long as it was firing, and as many rounds it put into the TV, if it were a paintball gun the TV would have been dripping with paint. Neat to look at anyway. :D
