Velocity Prob. NEED HELP

i was in a 3 man tourny today shootin tons of paint. I run my 68 HR PF mag off compressed air. We would crony before the game. i would crony in at about 287 (field limit is 290). Then we would crony after the game i would crony in at about 199. Whats wrong and how can i fix it. THX

Replacing the reg. seat will help, but also make sure the velocity screw isn't backing itself out. Get a tourney lock to make sure of this.
