This is what I want coming out of AGD next year. The Panther makes a comeback, but not in its original blowback form.

Stuff I want the Panther to have:

Unibody. No more silly rails!

hAir trigger.

Vert frame. Why? WHY NOT! :ninja:

15/16"-20 threaded barrel

7075 Aluminum all over so we can have pretty ano matching

No more stamped metal

AKA threaded feedneck

M10x1.00 threaded ball detent

Serials on the sexy bodies would be nice too

That's what I want. Tom Kaye, back to the Prototyping Lab! You haven't updated us since June 12, 2003!

Disregarding that, the Panther rocks.

What barrel threading is that? 'Cocker? If it's not 'Cocker or Angel threading, then scrap it. Either one makes perfect sense, since they are two of the most widely supported guns available.

What threading are those ball detents? Same reasons as above.

Why AKA feednecks? Use a feedneck threading from a gun still in production. Refer to my Angel comments above.

Ummmm.....Just Vikings and Excaliburs. They're still producing Merlins, and they certainly have another gun in the pipeline.

Cyborgs use AKA threading, too.

How would you pull of a mech gun with ACE? jw

Just to clarify, the 15/16"-20 threading is WGP(®)'s Autococker(®) threading.

AKA® feedneck threads are beefier than WDP(®)'s Angel(®) feedneck threads.

You can thank Bud Orr(®) for the ®.
