i just got a 4 peice Empire kit for my cocker, and ive seen a guy that had an UL boomy kit mix matched with an Empire kit, as in UL tips on Empire backs and Empire tips on UL backs. are the two barrel kits the same threads? i would like to get a stif tip for it but they dont have them available for Empire kits. however, they have them for boomsticks. so if anyone knows this, please, enlighten me.

ONLY POST IF YOU KNOW FOR SURE
i dont want some 2nd poster kid hollerin that im stupid for not knowing this, which i have happen to me in the past ;)

thanks for any help.

id feel more comfortable with that answer if someone who has an Empire kit and a 2 peice boomstick can try this out. dont force it in and strip your threads though :D

No they dont match. They look real similar but they arent. My friend owns a store and he thought the same thing. He tried it and it did not screw all the way. Anymore and he would have crossthreaded it.
