I havnt because i dont know where they are but I never post huge pics in my sig anyway i just keep it simple.

I read them...and I made a sig picture it was 13 something and when I put it on here it magically went up to 20.4...hopefully I can keep it.

i always read them especially if i ever need to go on pbn *rarely* because they seem to spaz out quite easily on ppl for whatever so its always nice to know..

as long as you have good enough commen sence it isnt hard to not get in trouble. but sometimes people need to read the rules.
