I've posted this on some other forums and for some reason, I forgot to post it here.

Had a bad day a while back and started making a gun like this. Took most of it to DDay and showed it off. Tom liked it and ended up selling one to a member here.

Wanted to see how small you can make a Phantom and this is what came out of it.

Enjoy

That is simply amazing!
Nice job!
Looks like ALOT of custom/fabrication was involed.
How much did that cost the buyer?

Lumberjack
10-11-2004, 11:46 AM
That is perfect for a spy in a scenario game. Just conceal it, walk in, take out generals. What more do you need?

LMK how much you would charge for that.

That's just cool.

It'd be great for those asassinate missions in scenario ball. Carry around a camera, and have that in your pocket. "Hey let me take your picture" :ninja: :shooting:

Edit: I guess you just use a pistol too.... :tard:

No way a bottle opener on a PBgun. Finally I was getting funny looks when I used a tippman. Just think about it. :D

BradAGD
10-11-2004, 10:28 PM
Not too much time...the exact opposite, not enough. I want to build all sorts of stuff, just can't get it out of my head and into metal.

Suitcase gun? Now I've thought about that a dozen times. I'm sure something can be built.

thanks for the compliments.

Paintball's first true derringer! Sweet! PM coming your way.

AclowN
10-11-2004, 10:59 PM
this thing is sick, they brought one of these out to Viper's Twilight Zone VIII... held this lil thing and i had to blot my drool from my chin with my shirt, truly nice marker... and could be wrong but it seemed actually lighter than my VSC phantom.. too sweet.

suitcase marker, simple, use a bicycle brake line to pull the trigger, from there its just mounting it up in the suitcase and setting up the trigger on the handle or whever you wanted it :)

wispaintstyle
10-11-2004, 11:00 PM
We've been talking about that one at SCP. Everyone seems to like it, but my hands are far to small to shoot it well.

BradAGD
10-11-2004, 11:10 PM
Aclown
you held this very gun. The boss took it out there to show off before it was totally done.

Guess it looks like I'm going to be building lots of these, in one form or another.

enjoy

AclowN
10-11-2004, 11:24 PM
yea, there was alot of talk about it at that game, had stock class players and sneaky players drooling all game over it :)

the general killer is what i heard it being referred as hehe.

BradAGD
10-11-2004, 11:28 PM
Excellent...exactly what I had in mind.

I've created a new form of play, the super secret spy gun. The general killer.

SpecialBlend2786
10-12-2004, 01:03 AM
wow i like it alot... esp the 12 gram placement/pump placement. Is it possible to get a VSC converted like that without shortening it and keeping the 45 frame?

BradAGD
10-12-2004, 09:51 AM
SpecialBlend

Sure, I can do that. Pretty much whatever you want. Just get with me and we'll talk about it.

thanks

In your opinion, how comfortable is that horizontal grip that you have on it?

Konigballer
10-12-2004, 11:03 PM
with that funky horizontal rear grip, and the way your holding it in the picture, it looks like some sort of micro sawed-off pump shotgun. Like friggin' Terminator2 baby! Cool :shooting:

BradAGD
10-12-2004, 11:05 PM
Actually Flash, it's not bad, even with my small hands. You don't know how many times we've all walked about the shop and "shot" at everything with it.

BradAGD
10-12-2004, 11:13 PM
How about something like this for a grip?
http://www.arizonagunrunners.com/Products/SpeedFeed/speedfeedpistolgrips/sfpistolgrip.jpg

Looked at this today. Just don't know if there is enough room for it. Might have to build it from scratch.

AclowN
10-12-2004, 11:23 PM
you devise something like ^^^^ that... from a phantom.... just tell me when to send money to you for one :)

Mosfet
10-13-2004, 06:39 AM
I got a question about the gas setup.
It looks like the 12gram goes in the front right?
Since most of the time you have to arc the ball, wont it be pouring liquid CO2 into the marker when you lean it back?
Or is the nipple of the 12gram in the front and the gas just goes around the canister to the back?

AGDlover
10-13-2004, 05:01 PM
Thats awsome!!!!

BradAGD
10-13-2004, 05:07 PM
You pour some liquid into the valve, it's not much since you aren't rapid firing the gun.

Clown...you betcha.

AclowN
10-13-2004, 06:13 PM
another cool idea for the pistol grip stock one, make it lever action rather than pump, would be sweeeeet. Weltman has something like this, lever action paintball marker, HEHE, too awesome.

if you did something like that you can consider atleast one sold 100%  :bounce:

Wow, nice pump.

Rumble
10-13-2004, 06:40 PM
Just imagine how practical this would be in a senario game. Great for sneaking around as was mentioned before. Think of all the times you could have easily taken out the oposing teams general if only you had a consealed weapon! I would definetly get one if I wasent flat broke. :( This would also be perfect for close fighting too, you could play really tight with this im sure. Great job! Haha, is that a Phantom in your pocket or are you just happy to see me? ;)

BradAGD
10-14-2004, 10:10 AM
Thanks for the compliments guys!!

Muzikman
10-14-2004, 10:12 AM
Brad, now make it PA and I'll buy one:)

BradAGD
10-14-2004, 10:14 AM
Muzik,
it's a deal. Actually, I've thought about it, or making it semi.

Thordic
10-14-2004, 10:17 AM
A spring-fed semi version would make an awesome sidearm for scenario play. You wouldn't need to put down your main marker, just grab your pocket rocket paintball gun and blast away :)

10-15-2004, 09:02 PM
This deserves to be up'd...

how about a video ? ;)

BradAGD
10-15-2004, 10:27 PM
Video of what? Just a pump gun. I can get something for you if you like.

thanks

thanks

I was just trying to increase the hype ;) if people can see a video if it and notice how cool it is they can sell like hotcakes! :)

Maybe like a 15 minute bmw-like commercial? haha Nah when I am saying video, and relating it to this product I just want to see some off the wall skit for some reason :)

DiSoRdeR
10-17-2004, 02:21 PM
Very nice setup, I think I remember seeing early pics of it on phog or some where. What are the deminsions? Ive been thinking about making one to, but not as compact as that :D

BradAGD
10-17-2004, 10:55 PM
The gun in that pic is 12" long, 4"tall and 1.25" wide on the pump. Quite small.

Maybe I can do some sort of cool video with my PP once I get it done.
deal?

Muzikman
10-17-2004, 11:14 PM
Brad, no one wants to see a video of your PP.

BradAGD
10-17-2004, 11:22 PM

10-18-2004, 11:44 AM
this would be cool when you are carting a LAWS about the field

a LAWS and a full sized marker requires a padawan

Mike Smith
10-18-2004, 07:14 PM
I'm wondering how much it would cost to convert my Phantom to an easily holstered version of this, keeping my 45 grip?

Hmmmmm?

BradAGD
10-18-2004, 10:32 PM
Shoot me an email Mike and we can talk.

thanks
